Biography
Studied law at the Universities of Regensburg and Lyon. Legal traineeships in Regensburg, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Academic assistant for the chair of Civil Law, Procedural Law and International Private Law at the University of Regensburg (Professor Dr Dr hc Peter Gottwald).
Took PhD under Professor Dr Dr hc Peter Gottwald with a thesis on insolvency law.
Admitted to the bar in 2006.
Joined the legal practice Dr Beck & Partner in July 2006 as a litigation lawyer and since July 2008 has focussed on the area of insolvency administration.
Successfully graduated in the course for specialists in Insolvency Law as well as Commercial and Corporate Law.
Since July 2012 appointed as Insolvency Administrator.
