Mummert & Company exclusively advised the insolvency administrator Mr. Joachim Exner, Dr. Beck & Partner (Nuremberg), on the restructuring of Jacob Plastics Group (Wilhelmsdorf) and sale of assets to HBW-Gubesch Kunststoff-Engineering GmbH. HBW-Gubesch, based in Wilhelmsdorf, is acquiring today from the insolvency administrator Joachim Exner the following companies, insolvent since the beginning of 2012: Manfred Jacob Kunststofftechnik GmbH, Jacob Deco Molding GmbH, Jacob Composite GmbH, Manfred Jacob Industrieformen GmbH and Jacob Plastics GmbH. The group, based in Wilhelmsdorf, will continue operation under the new name HBW-Gubesch Thermoforming GmbH. All workplaces are maintained.
